Designing and Developing the Solution
We have many years’ experience working with Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services and using the Multidimensional Model to design and develop Business Intelligence Solutions. With the release of SQL Server 2012 we are excited about the new Business Intelligence Semantic Tabular Model which can substantially reduce development and delivery time for the finished solution.
Getting the Right Data
We use Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services to extract, transform and load data into the data warehouse or data mart and can provide a range of consultancy, development and training services around this platform.
Microsoft PowerPivot
If you have analysts working with high volumes of data in Microsoft Access or Excel then they will love this add-in for Excel 2010 and 2013. Models built with PowerPivot can be used as standalone solutions or as part of the initial development cycle for your Analysis Services solution. We can provide development and training for PowerPivot and the Data Analysis Expression (DAX) language used to build models.
